Lovely location by the church on a quiet traffic free side street but still very central. Immaculately clean and very well equipped.There was also a big basket of food items waiting for us … a lovely bonus.

Towels and bed linen are featured. Location is perfect so central with off street parking for 2 cars. I love Rye and usually stay in hotels however I will definitely be staying at northbank again now :) Jamie was amazing and left a lovely hamper for our stay, she was so quick at responding and very helpful. The globe inn marsh is literally next door and has amazing food, you will not be disappointed. Can't wait to stay again soon.

The apartment was excellent - spotless, cosy, well-equipped and set in beautiful grounds. The views from the kitchen and bedroom into the garden were stunning. Everything in the flat was to a very high standard and the breakfast basket was a lovely touch. The hosts were super welcoming and helpful. There were information cards with useful information such as nearby sights, taxi companies, restaurants/takeaways etc. We had a really lovely time and would highly recommend!

The Orca was a perfect size for my children and i, it has a small kitchen area at the front and the lounge doubles up as a bedroom with a sofa bed. The other bed is on a mezzanine floor accessed by a ladder. Its nice and quiet as you're a good 15 to twenty minute walk from Camber Sands and the lovely town of Rye is abput a ten minute drive away. The owners are a lovely family and their children made mine feel very welcome.

Covid 19! & our room wasn't cleaned! Poo on the bed sheets. Old food & wine left in the cupboards no kitchen plates or bowls. Check im should have been at 3pm we weren't able to check in until 6:30 pm i have images & videos of how bad this is. Bed sheets not changed either AWFUL

Lovely location at the top of the hill in the centre of Rye. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Kitchen currently closed so had a lovely breakfast hamper delivered to the room!

First of all, the landlady Raphaele was absolutely lovely and helpful. My dogs enjoyed the large garden, the cottage was very cozy with everything needed available. Comfy bedroom, large nice bathroom, practical kitchen/sitting room. I loved to sit in the chair! Ideal for 2 people with pets. Wonderful hikes directly in front of the door, close to Sandymouth beach with dunes and to the Nature Reservoir.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially the kitchen staff. I would go back and it's only a 5 min journey in a cab to the historic Rye which is stunning, so situated in a great location.
